Cybil works with athletes and families to help overcome stressors and mental blocks in the realm of sports as well as in day-to-day life. Her Graduate Degree is in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Cybil was a D1 scholarship athlete, a national level coach, and is now focused on helping athletes and families in the mental aspect of sports. By employing goal-setting strategies, visualization, core beliefs, and utilizing marriage and family therapy techniques, Cybil helps to get athletes, families, and couples back on the block!

Cybil’s Passion For Sports Psychology

has been cultivated throughout her lifetime of competitive swimming and surfing. She was a D1 scholarship swimmer for the University of Texas where she obtained her BA in Psychology. Since her undergraduate work, Cybil moved back to her home state of California where she competed in the WSA and various Pro/Ams along the coast.
